Nicholas Alexander has overall responsibility for Litigation and is a High Court Enforcement Officer and with a team of experienced bailiffs we are able to enforce payment of Judgments in-house far more efficiently than other debt recovery companies / solicitors.

For residential premises we simplify possession claims for residential premises into 3 easy stages. We offer a fixed fee service so there are no hidden charges. Where possible we issue proceedings on-line to speed up the process. We understand that Landlords require quick action. The 3 stages:

    Stage 1 – Service of Notice
  • Stage 2 – Issue of Court Proceedings
  • Stage 3 – Bailiff takes Possession

We have also fixed our charges in dealing with rent arrears / forfeiture of commercial premises. With commercial premises it is usually possible to instruct Commercial Bailiff to take possession and / or recover rent without Court Proceedings.
